Mats recent submission is a nice implementation of this game. I have found it to be a perceptual challenge - I'm still adjusting to the "diagonal" bishop moves. In addition, it plays aggressively and consistently trounces me! (playing at mid-level difficulty) -- Greg |

Hello Greg, one curious thing is that the rook, together with a king, cannot give mate, as there are no corners. Still, the rook is very strong. Probably this round board can be used for other games, and chess variants. More at www.circularchess.co.uk |
