The shopping cart no longer seems to work. I get a 404 Not Found error from plugnpay.com after clicking on Next: Payment Information.

I'm hoping that perhaps the developers (Mark Lefler and Jeff Mallett) may see this as I've seen their posts on other threads on this forum.
Maybe people could just pay via Google Wallet or another payment service from now on.
I could also mention that in going through my old emails I was able to find an unlock key from March of 2001.
But if I can't purchase an upgrade at this point and would have to pay the full $24.98 that would be okay.
I'm interested in playing Octi.
