This was a fun game to play, seemed like the pin moves from the computer were more random than strategic. I think in the game I played, the computer could have won if it had played differently at the end, but a unique and interesting game for sure.

I agree. I made a beautiful wooden board for it:

Yes, this is a very good game concept. I find that playing it against humans is more desirable than the AI as I am able to consistently beat it by constructing a partial fence around a small section of the board, then trapping the opponent in that area by using my piece along with a peg, both placed to strategically block the opponent's exit from that area.

If you enjoy the game, you can cast your vote for it at the "Best of the Zillions" contest page at:

Mats,

I realize this response is somewhat late. :-)
I am working on improving the AI for this game and I have been in contact with L. Lynn Smith, the inventor of Thrall. He was not aware of your improved graphics so I sent them to him. I would like to make the new version of Thrall a collaborative effort with L.L.S as the game inventor, yourself as the graphic designer, and myself as the implementor. Do I have your permission to use your graphics for the update? I will be sure to credit you of course. I should mention that I am planning on making one minor addition to the graphics. Please email me privately at gschmidt958@yahoo.com if you would like further details on this project.

That goes for anyone else too, not only for Mats!

Of course, you can use that board, if you still have it. I seem to have removed it. /Mats
