In Fairy chess problems both players can use the "neutral" pieces as their own (move them and eventually capture other opponent's or neutral pieces) or as pieces of the opponent (capture them). How is it possible to create this type of pieces in a zrf-program? |

OK, it is really simple. What you need is following: 1. Put some dummy squares on the board (one per player) 2. Create a player Neutral and assign all neutral pieces to him. 3. Create a dummy piece (Mover, for example) which does not move itself, but which can move other pieces. 4. Let every player have one Mover on his/her dummy square at the beginning of game. Of course, if you want to make the moving of neutral pieces a regular event (every second turn or so), it can be done easier using construction like (White Neutral) in turn-order block. |

Hello Marek, thank you for the hint. I will think about it, but I do not assume that it is "really simple". To generate the moves for the 'Mover' I always have to scan the whole board to find the neutral pieces, destinate their type and then simulate the possiblities of them. |
