Hello again
I have another Problem i can't solve . In my game sits a Queen on a Knight (please look at my other Post) .I want to move both like a Knight . Normally you can't move a piece on Bottom ,if a piece sitting on (so defined).Should be easy with cascade.So my code is (define ride ( $1 $2 cascade back up from back $1 $2 up to $1 $2 add ))with all 8 (Knight)directions . This works for 4directions , not for (s se)(s sw) (n ne) (e se).And i get some messages (Game Rules Error) like :" A move was generated from 2b1 to 2c3 when there was no piece on 2b1. The game will probably not work as expected . Should I continue reporting these errors? " and i have pieces on the second plane sometimes invisible .
Please help this is the last i want to do in my game.

Problem solved
but i need one move-type :
a capturing of a enemy piece as a only one ; without any move beetween; eg. queen on a2 and a enemy piece on a7, then Qa2xa7 only;
seems easy but i do not find how
is there no one ,who can help me? |

Now i have finished this game and it rules!
I have not many Hope ,but i try it:
How can i make a piece move ,if an other piece is in a certain zone? |

Welcome to the forum... though I see you registered in 2007. Very few people post here, maybe 3 to 6 and not very often. Some of those 3 to 6 do not have the skill to help you with your questions. I am one of those who can not help you. Please do post your game(s) when it is finished. |

thank you for your feedback.
Certainly i want to public my game; this is my first game i create with ZoG;a chess variant i am thinking about Years , but i don't make any other games.
There are a few points i want clarify before :
I have wrapped pictures from other files...
my description is in german...
and i need an answer for the Question to finish a variant of Astralschach and so on.The last Help i need

I have a piece that is unable to move until an other piece reach in a certain zone.The Positions of both are unknown , only the Zones are known. |
