I have been working a lot on my game, Symphony, which is actually published on the Zillions website. I think that humans may, during play, agree to a draw like in chess. There is any way to let zillions understand and reply to draw offers? It would be interesting also a three-move swap system like in Renju, but I find no way to script it. Anyone can help? |

In order to propose draw one could, for instance, have a position (e.g. x1) outside the board, graphically marked. By pressing this position, a piece (preferably in the shape of a draw-button) is created. The piece is created with the opponent as owner. This piece's moves (draw-moves) have the highest priority. This means that the opponent has two options (1) to press the piece and thereby delete it, which denies the draw proposal (2) to move the piece to position y1, which accepts the proposal. A "draw-condition", draw-piece at y1, must be added. Zillions will accept the proposal if he judges the position as equal or worse. /Mats |
