It's been a while for me. I'm almost ready to submit a game, but I'm having trouble finding the instructions. Can someone direct me?

Take a look at http://www.zillions-of-games.com/games/submit.html

It looks like you basically just email it to them with some information. Assuming anyone still monitors it...
