I would like to create a game with a equilateral triangular board. The board is divided into 16 equilateral triangles and the nine pieces move on them. Can I do this and can I also link the VB 6 engine I wrote for playing it to Zillions of games? |

The board spaces will be square in Zillions. You can achieve a triangular array. Take a look at the zrf file for TriTrap. Dan Troyka found a clever way to use the Grid statement and kill positions to create a board using equalateral triangles. Not sure about the VB 6 engine. I know Cameron Browne used is own AI engine in the game Akron. A few of the games that come with Zillions use their own engine. Look in the engines sub folder. |
