Right now I can use the menu option "Play --> Give Hint" to have Zillions start thinking about my move.
I'd like Zillions to think about my move during my turn. If I play the same move Zillions would have played in the time I took, I want to see a checkmark in the moves display next to my move. If I played a significantly poorer move than one Zillions found (in Zillions' opinion, of course), I want to see "?" or "??", and if I improved my situation, "!" or "!!". (Some players might not like this, so it should be an on/off option selection.)
Sometimes I see the face icon in the Search Progress line smile or frown. Occasionally I catch it making an "o" with its mouth for a second or two, but it has never stayed that way. More expressions, perhaps corresponding to Check, Checkmate, "?", "!", etc. would be nice. |
