I would like to see more traditional pieces from regional chess games in Zillions, such as Shatranj, Sittuyin and Makruk. It does get a bit confusing at times using only Stauton pieces for all these games. Especially when the powers of movement of some of the pieces are radically different from the Stauton pieces used.
I think it might ad a litte bit more ethnic/regional flare to games like that too... |
