I want to point people to the ongoing 100 Squares Chess Variants contest at chessvariants.com. Every entry is a Chess variant on a board of 100 squares, and every competing entry has a Zillions file written for it, so that you can play it with Zillions of Games. I'm sure many games in the contest were developed with the aid of Zillions. The contest is currently in the voting stage. All entries are in, and it is now time for people to play, evaluate, and vote on the games in the contest. I would like to invite anyone reading this to visit the contest page, try out the games, and cast votes that rate the games. Voting will go on until the end of February 2001. The contest page is at: http://www.chessvariants.com/large.dir/contest100/ |
