Custom Game Development Pricing

Base Package

• Development
  • Stand-alone Windows application to play the game
    Features include: play against computer, skill levels, game saving/loading, scoresheet, legal move display, take-back & navigation, board editing, etc. Net-play not included.
  • Help file
  • Installer
• Licensing
  • Unlimited distribution, not-for-sale, single rules file

You supply the piece/board graphics and working rules file script. Otherwise, these must also be created at an hourly rate (see "Additional Custom Development" below). If the product requires features not already supported by our Zillions technology additional programming will be required (see below).

If the product is sold, a royalty also applies.

Additional Custom Development

• Scripting, Art
  • Rules scripting
  • Art creation such as game art, custom application icon, splash screen
• Programming
  • Changes to base technology necessary to implement game
  • New features (not already in Zillions of Games)

Programming rate depends on general applicability to future versions of Zillions of Games.

Additional Games Licensing

Base package includes licensing for a single game or set of similar game variations embodied in a single rules file (ZRF). Licensing for and inclusion of additional ZRFs requires an additional fee.

For-Sale Licensing

Royalty rate is negotiable.
